It all started when…
EECL was established in 2002 in Dar-es-Salaam, for the purpose of real estate development. It began through renovating old residential properties and marketing them for lease purposes. EECL grew from a small company, to the reputable property development and management company it is today. This growth occurred due to the building of commercial offices and residential properties in prime locations in Dar-es-Salaam Tanzania.
EECL develops properties all over the city for their own accounts by entering into joint ventures and long term lease agreements with property owners for the purpose of lease and sale, arranged and managed by us.
We pride ourselves in our world class standards and our reputable clientele some of which are shown on the individual property pages for each of our commercial properties. The properties displayed on this website are built and managed by EECL. We use the best quality materials and employing highly skilled labor, reputable contractors and suppliers.
To date The company has built and refurbished 70 units in 8 prime properties in the Oyster bay and Msasani Peninsula areas of Dar-es-Salaam and is still growing. These properties have been leased to clients on medium to long term leases, (for details contact office).
EECL has been successful in its activities and ventures due to its loyal clientele which include several embassies, multinational companies as well as Non Governmental Organizations and more.
EECL currently employs 14 full time staff as well as many independent contractors totaling in 33 staff for security, cleaning and other various services.
Management: Operations of EECL are managed with commitment and dedication by its founder and Managing director Elia Rofail with the help of a professional and dedicated staff.
